Information we collect

When you call, text, book a meeting, or opt in to receive messages, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name and phone number. We collect phone numbers so that we can respond to you and send the text messages described below.

SMS communications

With your consent, we send text messages to the phone number you provide. These fall into two categories:

• Transactional messages, such as appointment reminders and account or service updates.
• Promotional messages, such as sales, discounts, and special offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP to get help. Full program details are in our Terms of Service.

SMS consent and data sharing

We highly value your privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you have opted in to receive text messages from us, we use your mobile number solely to send you the appointment reminders, account and service updates, quotes, and occasional promotional messages described above. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services used to deliver these messages to you.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your questions, schedule meetings, deliver the point of sale services you ask about, and send the messages you have opted in to receive. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your phone number with unrelated third parties.

How we store and protect your data

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy. We store it using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, and we limit access to the people who need it in order to serve you.

Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us to review, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To make a request, call or text (785) 333-4675. We will complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep certain records by law.
