These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Griffith Payments website and the text messaging (“SMS”) communications program we offer. By using this website or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms. Griffith Payments is a Shift4 Partner operated by Mark Griffith.

Our services

Griffith Payments provides point of sale and payment processing consultation, referral, and support services for bar and restaurant owners, in partnership with Shift4. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Pricing, equipment, and service terms are confirmed directly with you before any agreement begins.

SMS communications program

Program description. Griffith Payments offers a text messaging program to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment and meeting reminders, account and service updates, requested quotes or follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers.

How you opt in. You opt in to this program when you submit your phone number through our contact form, request a reply by texting us directly, or otherwise give us your consent to receive text messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and is not fixed.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.

Opting out. You can cancel this SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you text STOP, we will send one final SMS confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from us unless you opt in again. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again the same way you did the first time.

Getting help. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us directly at (785) 333-4675 by call or text.

Carrier liability. Carriers, including wireless providers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services, for the purpose of facilitating this SMS program.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
